Our Story
Honey & Pine started with a simple conviction: the best coffee shouldn't require a fancy zip code. In 2019, we opened our doors on SW 6th Street in Redmond with a small espresso machine, a local flour mill partnership, and a belief that a great cup can anchor an entire neighborhood.
Today, every batch is roasted in-house, every pastry is baked before dawn, and every regular's name is remembered at the register. We're not a chain. We're the place your neighbors recommend when they want something real.

Every item on our menu is made with intention — from single-origin beans to butter from nearby pastures.
